New years party

 Any one know where the best place for New Years in Latin America? I know there are parties every where but I want to go where I can meet nice sincere Latin women looking to meet American men for serious relationship.

Rio

 Rio is always a great place for new years, lot of hot women. The whole city is one big party. Most of the women like American men too.

Hi Jim, Foreign Affiar is having a big New Years Party in Costa Rica. They say about 10 women for each guy.
