I went to Kiev for 4 weeks last Set/ Oct 2005. I started my "search" last April and, originally was goingt to Kherson after hearing that it was full of women looking for a Western hsband. I had problems with an agency in Kherson censoring my letters and refusing contact info for the women so I decided, since I was flying to Kiev anyway just to stay there. Saved a lot of money and 2 days travel. Good decision for me.
I used 4 agencies in Kiev. Kiev Connections, Friends-In-Kiev, AFA and Ukriane Loves. I met very nice ladies from all 4, but Ukraine Loves double billed me and when I complained "froze" my account and I had to get cash advances on my credit cards to pay my apartment rent.
