Duh

you just masturbate until right before you cum, then you stop. No touchy whatsoever until you know the next touch won't make you cum on accident. Then you keep going. Just do that over and over again till you feel like you'll scream if you hold it any longer. you'll have to do this at least twice a week for you to notice that you're lasting longer.
