I have used the site and am absoutely not convinced that because some people are unhapppy with their experience, its a scam. Any time you have a company providing a large scale service to many people there are gong to be a percentage who are unappy and also a percentage who are very unhappy. Anyone with experience in customer services knows this. The unhappy people get their complaints resolved through normal channels, the really unahppy ones invariably cant be satisfied and call the service a scam, The restaraunt is terrible, the product didnt function...etc etc. All I see here are a few very unhappy people who would probably call anything that didnt go their way 100 percent a scam. If a person takes the time to do some serious research they would find that there are no complaints or lawsuits referenced on the internet other than whats written by the same few people on these sites. Doesnt that seem strange? If it was some wide spread scam or conspiracy, wouldnt we find more out there? The Maine attorney general has nothing on its site regarding any consumer complaints or warnings. There is nothing listed in the Pacer Federal Lawsuit database as to any lawsuits filed. These are hard objective facts, that can be independantly verified, that is what should be relied on, not the writings of upset people who unfortnately just didnt have a good experience as often happens in any customer service industry

AnastasiaWeb.com doesn't meet my standards!

It is my observation that Anastasiaweb.com and it various clone sites do suffer from a bad reputation in the market and are generally considered an unethical operation bordering on fraud. Most of the complaints about Anastasiaweb.com have to do with fake correspondence that subscribers must pay to read. Why take a chance with a service that has an unethical reputation associated with this kind of correspondence service?

As for me, I have chosen not to list or promote Anastasiaweb.com on my website because I do not wish to be associated with a company that has one of the worst reputations in the International Introduction Service industry.

Instead I would rather endorse and use a company that offers a Money Back Guarantee. I know of a few International Introduction services that have a 90 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed or your Money Back policy. Although this level of guarantee is rare, I think any organization that offers your money back if you are unsatisfied is going to work hard to earn your business and keep it. It stands to reason that an International Introduction company that would give your money back would not want scammers to infiltrate their service and give them a bad reputation like that of Anastasiaweb.com. I think you have to ask yourself the question: Why doesn't Anastasiaweb.com offer a money back guarantee? Instead of a simple satisfaction guarantee here's an excerpt from Anastasiaweb.com website's long winded policy page:

The Web site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Anastasia Intl Inc expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Anastasia Intl Inc cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Web site and/or the Service.

Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving the Web site and/or the Service, by using the Web site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that all such disputes shall, prior to the institution of litigation, be submitted to mediation in Frankfort, Kentucky.

After reading this I have to wonder: Why does a company based in Bangor, Maine require you to settle a dispute with them in Frankfort, Kentucky?

I think the more you learn about Anastasia International Inc the less you will find attractive about them
