I used this agency - what a mistake. The day I landed in Kiev, the owner "billed" me for services that had already been paid for in full. She took the money from my account with them that was supposed to go for my apartment. I had to get a cash advance on my credit card to pay my apartment, etc
When I complained she "froze" the balance in my account. My account still shows $249 in cash even AFTER the double billing. She has refused a refund and did not respond to the complaint I made through the BBB about a month after I got home. I got home in mid-October.
The only response I have gotten in the last 3 months was verification that my profile (which I asked to be removed) has been reposted with my name as "Jerk" and my password as : iamafool - Nice.
The Nevada tax people cannot find their business address. Be careful.
